His leadership blends faith, academic excellence, and social impact in Liberia.

    Dr. Philip V. Saywrayne

    Vice President for Academic Affairs

    Dr. Philip V. Saywrayne is an award-winning author, educator, and academic leader with expertise in school administration, educational policy, and project management. He serves as Vice President for Academic Affairs at Carver Christian University and Executive Director of TIME Inc., committed to empowering underprivileged women, children, and school leaders in Liberia.

      Ms. Naomi T. Joe

      Vice President for Student Affairs

      Ms. Naomi T. Joe, Vice President for Student Affairs at Carver Christian University, is a dedicated nurse, educator, and leader. With degrees in Nursing and Christian Education, plus a Master’s in Nursing Education, she mentors students, advances healthcare training, and serves as Senior Minister at House of Praise Worldwide Mission Church.

      Arthur M. Horton, BA, BTh, MTh.

      Vice President for Administration

      Reverend Arthur M. Horton, Vice President for Administration at Carver Christian University, is a Liberian theologian and educator. Holding degrees in Geography, Economics, Theology, and a Master’s in Systematic Theology, he lectures in Geography and Theology while managing administrative duties, contributing significantly to Carver Mission Liberia’s academic and institutional development.

      Mr. Romeo Sevelee

      Human Resource Manager

      Mr. Romeo Sevelee, born December 21, 1988, in Ganta City, is Human Resource Director at Carver Mission Liberia. He holds a Bachelor’s in Management (Accounting) and a Master’s in Finance. Known for professionalism and leadership, he excels in HR, finance, and organizational growth, fostering workforce development and institutional advancement.
